Step 1— How would you like to handle artwork?
Your EDDM job is priced based on specific "press run" quantity breaks. You pay a flat rate for printing and mailing services based on the total number of addresses selected. However, postage is only charged for the actual number of addresses you choose.
Current press run quantities are:
- 500
- 1000
- 2500
- 5000
- 10,000
- 15,000
- and so on
Examples:
- For 1580 pieces, you pay for a press run of 2500 and postage for 1580 pieces.
- For 1001 pieces, you pay for a press run of 2500 and postage for 1001 pieces.
Exceeding the press run quantity by even one address moves you to the next tier.
To optimize costs, try to match your address count to the press run quantities. Address routes vary significantly in the number of listings per route.

Billing & Commitment
The Ultimate Membership is billed monthly with a 3-month initial commitment. After the first 3 months, your membership continues on a month-to-month basis until you cancel.
Terms & Conditions
Discounts apply to standard retail prices only. Cash Back and percentage discounts are available on qualifying purchases as outlined in our current policies. Template Edit Services require a print purchase and must follow our standard service protocol. Dynamic QR codes remain editable as long as your subscription is active; if your membership is canceled, they convert to static codes that cannot be modified. Priority production is not guaranteed and depends on current order volume, but Ultimate member orders are prioritized whenever possible. Free shipping excludes orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.
