Step 1— How would you like to handle artwork?
Your EDDM job is priced based on specific "press run" quantity breaks. You pay a flat rate for printing and mailing services based on the total number of addresses selected. However, postage is only charged for the actual number of addresses you choose.
Current press run quantities are:
- 500
- 1000
- 2500
- 5000
- 10,000
- 15,000
- and so on
Examples:
- For 1580 pieces, you pay for a press run of 2500 and postage for 1580 pieces.
- For 1001 pieces, you pay for a press run of 2500 and postage for 1001 pieces.
Exceeding the press run quantity by even one address moves you to the next tier.
To optimize costs, try to match your address count to the press run quantities. Address routes vary significantly in the number of listings per route.

Can you designate within a zip code the delivery area
Absolutely. If you wanted to do EDDM Full Service, you can use our mapping tool and select the post office zip codes and routes you would like to target. From there, we will print, prep, and deliver your pieces to any post office in the country. You don't have to lift a finger.

Is 4 by 6 creditable for postcard eddm and can you set me up with a rep to mail my cards as well
Hi Sherman,
a 4 x 6 is not EDDM Eligible. However, a 6.5 x 9 or 8.5 x 11 would be.
The piece must be considered a postcard "Flat" in order for the USPS to allow it to be sent EDDM.

Can you Use these for EDDM?
Absolutely. The size must be either 6.5 x 9, 8.5 x 11, or 9 x 12. There are a few other things that go into EDDM like having the proper indicia as well as bundling and things like that. If you have any questions, reach out to us at any time. (862) 312-2010
